Inside, you’ll find eight bright and versatile event spaces, many with natural daylight and elegant period features , creating an environment that feels both professional and welcoming.

From corporate strategy days and team away days to medical conferences and business seminars, the venue is designed to adapt around your event, not the other way around.

The John Newsom-Davis Suite provides an impressive setting for conferences of up to 70 guests theatre-style, while rooms such as the Curie Room are ideal for smaller meetings and boardroom sessions.

As the home of the Academy of Medical Sciences, hosting your conference here also supports vital medical research – giving your event added purpose.

John Newsom-Davis Suite

The John Newsom-Davis Suite can be split into two individual spaces, the Council Chamber and Reception Room, or interconnected to create one large multifunctional space, offering a beautiful backdrop for any event.

Ceremony: 60 guests
Standing reception: 120 guests
Dinner: 60 guests

Included with this space

The adjoining Reception Room is included within the hire price of the Council Chamber. This provides a separate space for pre-dinner drinks, a breakout room, or a catering space for conferences.

First Floor Bundle

The First Floor combination is perfect for receptions and parties for up to 120 guests and conferences for 50 – 70 people.

The Wolfson Conference Suite

The Wolfson Conference Suite is a purpose-built space ideal for discussion events, press conferences, screenings, and product launches. It also includes an interconnecting green room for briefing speakers, media interviews or a conference office.

Classroom: 30 guests
